As I start each new year, I look forward with anticipation to all that that lies ahead, but first I like to take the opportunity to pause and look back over the last year with the benefit of unobstructed hindsight.
And what a sight it is. Another outstanding year, we have opened new stations domestically and overseas, set new performance benchmarks, and strengthened our technical capabilities.
It’s exciting news. Something we all take pride in. Still, there is even more to look forward to as we enter into 2012 including new international facilities in India, Chile and Argentina.
I am excited by all of our growth because it ensures our customers can count on Pilot whether the destination is around the corner or the furthest corner of the earth.
