To view your Pilot proof of delivery that may include a scanned image of the delivery receipt for your shipment, fill out the fields. The maximum date range is 60 days. Please see the notes below for important details.

Customer Number:*

Enter a 7-digit Customer number and a 4-digit site number. If you do not have this number, contact your local pilot office, obtain it through our National Customer Service center at (800) HI-PILOT, or
email us.
