Change. A couple of years ago change became the hot topic. All you heard was how people wanted change. Now, it seems that some of them got it, some didn’t get enough of it, and some want to change back. Change can be invigorating and change can be uncomfortable.
Well, here at Pilot some things never change, like our commitment to delivering the most effective, efficient transportation solutions for our customers. Each and every day the Pilot team works hard to deliver the most innovative, flexible solutions to our customers' needs. No, we haven’t changed but we sure have evolved.
Over the years our customers' needs have grown and to provide the solutions they needed, Pilot evolved. We added services from international to warehousing and logistics. What was once a single air freight office in 1970 is now the largest privately held US freight forwarder. It didn’t happen overnight.
Today, those customers that have grown with us see us as a bright, innovative, energetic, reliable partner. I think it's time everyone sees us that way. So to best reflect who we are and what we do, the Pilot look has evolved. The logo is new, but when it comes to providing superior service to our customers...nothing has changed.
