Pilot has no boundaries. We utilize thousands of domestic and international airline flights daily, along
with blocked or dedicated space agreements from each of our international gateways. Established relationships
with global airlines and our membership in the World Freight Alliance complement our domestic system by extending
our reach to more than 190 countries.
We will tender your freight on the next scheduled flight or consolidate it with other freight on the next
scheduled flight moving to your destination airport. Consolidations can move as quickly as direct flights but are
less costly to you. Our long-term relationships with experienced brokers at each of our major gateway locations
ensure your shipment clears customs on the day of arrival. Our import services cover everything from initial
contact with your supplier and pre-alert, through break-bulk and clearance, to
final delivery.
FAST AND ACCURATE PAYMENT PROGRAMS
Partnering with U.S. Bank, Pilot offers you PowerTrack, a web-based freight billing, payment and tracking
system to help you reduce your paperwork. PowerTrack allows for quick and easy auditing for any rate discrepancies
and proper tender is applied to each shipment we handle. Our specialists will work with you to ensure prompt
and accurate billing and payment with every shipment.
Pilot takes special care in processing each Government Bill of Lading, to design your tenders to your specific
requirements, including customizing your rate schedules.
SAFE AND SECURE TRANSPORATION
Pilot is certified by C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), ensuring the safe handling
of your freight. Our certification helps us expedite your shipments through Customs, resulting in faster
and more efficient service at the borders.

With our TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certified locations, we can ensure a secure
network for safe in-transit storage and warehousing
